7 August, Thurs.--Morning at ASCSA rent car in the afternoon, take off to Southern Argolid.

8 August, Fri.--Begin in and around Franchthi Cave. Begin at C17 "temple terrace" move on to C41 and C43. All three sites are believed to be parts of Classical "Mases". Visit Franchthi and interview tourists or any other personnel present. If time permits in afternoon, revisit F4 and F12. If Lena comes arrange interviews with locals. Always note any new construction.

9 August, Sat.--Concentrate efforts in the Fournoi valley. Begin with Lambayana tower, F3 move on to F7. Then move up the valley towards F9, F14, F57, etc.

10 August, Sun.--Continue up the Fournoi valley, reiterate the survey day from 1979 in which sites F13 through F32 were located.

11 August, Mon.--Focus on upper Fournoi valley sites F23 - F55. The Bedheni valley photograph on the cover of A Greek Countryside was taken from the monastery of Ayios Dhimitrios.

12 August, Tues.--Move to area around Koiladha. Begin with C6 and work around the coast inland, in afternoon focus on as many sites to the SE of Koiladha as possible.

13 August, Wed.--Move to Loutro valley sites beginning with B9 move up valley throughout the day. Try to visit Kranidhi in afternoon if possible and "Turkish" windmill.

14 August, Thurs.--Begin with site B.4, which is being excavated by the sea. Move S to peninsula near Porto Kheli include sites around A33. Time permitting; move on to Halieis and environs.

15 August, Fri.--Begin where I left off with Halieis move out peninsula; be sure to revisit A51, A52, and A54.

16 August, Sat.--Move to Flamboura area start with cluster around B60. Revisit the corresponding survey dates from 1980.

17 August, Sun.--Day trip to Hydra?

18 August, Mon.--Move out Petrothalassa peninsula... Move north to O. Potokia visit E5, E4, E36, E16, E76, E13, etc.

19 August, Tues.--Reiterate 1981 Red Team Log from July 28, 29 and 30. These dates correspond to E42 - E46. Assess areas marked as voids.

20 August, Wed.--Visit ancient Hermion. Move upland through the Ermioni valley towards the Katafiki Gorge.

21 August, Thurs.--Move into Iliokastro area.

22 August, Fri.--last day--Troizen Leave for Athens.

23 August, Sat.--Continue work in the ASCSA library.

24 August, Sun.--leave for Romania, SRAP.
