I will be looking at the Apple iPod, starting with my very own third generation 30 gigabyte version. During my discussion, I plan on unpacking the cultural significance of the different varieties of iPods, the role of iTunes in the battle against piracy as both a sharing network and retail model, and how all of it has affected the larger computing culture the world over.
