The ruins of Glasgow make an appearance in Neil Marshall’s film early Twenty-First Century film, Doomsday.

As with Philadelphia in Twelve Monkeys, it seems to me that the initial sequences in which we see the ruins are shot in a light that strongly suggests an underwater scene. The characters are reminiscent of divers exploring a shipwreck.
