The camera0730-0900 :
I wake up and have a light breakfast of tea and toast with apricot jam. Then, I get dressed and ready to head to the fitness center. When I arrive there, I check in at the front desk and head to the locker room. There, I rent a locker in which to keep my bag and few other personal items (my cell phone, wallet, etc).
0900-1000:
First, I go to the gym and sit on an elliptical machine, setting it on level 4 difficulty and an uphill course to work out my legs. I do this for about 20-30 minutes. Then, I use the chin-up bar for 10-15 minutes to stretch my arms and upper body. After that, I spend the rest of my hour on the rowing machine, working out much of my body at the same time.
1000-1100:
I take a group aerobics class. This involves some basic pilates and yoga techniques and is set to high-energy music. I challenge myself to keep up with the pace of the rest of the class members.
1100-1200:
I return to the locker room for a quick shower. My day's exercise is done, so I want to prepare for my spa treatment by washing off my sweat from the day's exercise. Also, by washing off the sweat immediately after my exercise, I am helping to clear my pores and to prevent buildup that could be detrimental to my health and make the spa treatments more intensive (deep cleaning, acne treatments, etc).
1200-1300:
I spend time in the sauna to open my pores and prepare me for spa treatment. While in the sauna, I begin to relax. There are other patrons during about ten minutes of the time I am in there and I talk to them briefly. I enjoy the social aspect of this experience and think about how next time I go to the spa I would like my friend Wendy to come along too.
1300-1400:
Now, I take a warm aromatherapy bath to put my mind at ease.
1400-1500:
Then, I have a warm Thermastone massage.
1500-1530:
I have a head massage. This helps relieve a great amount of stress and the headaches caused by the rush of city life and a hard work schedule.
1600-1700:
I have a facial. I must admit the dipilatory process is a bit painful, but in the end my skin comes out looking more youthful and feeling smooth.
1700-1730: I take a nice dip in the mildly heated pool. It cools me off and I feel refreshed. I head back into the locker room and get dressed into fresh clothes, ready to head back out into the busy world.
