Geoff and Sharisse work as a team in exploring the pre-Columbian past of
Mesoamerica through archaeology, art history, and ethnohistory. Geoff
teaches in the Archaeology Dept. of the University of Calgary; Sharisse is
a Speech Pathologist in private practice as well as a Research Adjunct at
U of Calgary. Their current field research is in Pacific Nicaragua, where
they are investigating ethnic migrations from central Mexico. For a
