Legislative District Project Proposal

[chris witmore]: Hey Daniel. Excellent project here. Excellent. Well researched. Integrates issues from lecture and recent work. It is full of interesting ideas and comparative historical detail. I love the ANT slant and your development of the notion of maps as both 'mediators' and 'protheses' or rather dynamic members of a political party. Great use of imagery. Easy to navigate. Well done!
