My name is Josh Liptzin. I'm a sophomore living in Toyon and I'm from New York.

Since I enjoy playing music, I'd like to look into the history of the electric guitar (which includes the acoustic guitar). I've already done some preliminary research and found that the guitar actually dates back several thousand years, which is far older than I had previously thought. It seems there is a lot more information about it in Stanford's libraries which I will look into.
